Located in an quiet Waterloo neighborhood, this property back onto the trees. Take a stroll into adjacent woodlot and see the trilliums. You may even hear the "clip clop" of the passing Mennonite buggies on the way to the St. Jacob's Market.
3 Private Bedrooms - Sleeps 6 people. 2.5 Baths - The Executive King, Blue Room (Queen) and Yellow room (Queen) are included in this reservation.
This reservation provides exclusive use of the main floor and upper floor of the house (approx. 2400 sq. ft.
The property backs onto Stamm's Woodlot with walking trails throughout the bush. Enjoy the trilliums in the spring!!
The Area:
It's a five minute drive to the Hi-tech Park or University of Waterloo. It's only a 3 minute drive to the St. Jacob's Market where you can explore all the wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables, homemade jams, fresh eggs and meat. Don't forget to wonder among the outside vendors and see all the homemade baskets, lilies for your garden, homemade furniture, plus much more! The antique store is walking distance across the road. The Outlet mall and now brewery is also across the road in the other direction. And lastly, the Village of St. Jacobs' is only 3 km away. Exit the market, turn right onto Albert St left at the traffic light and 2 km down the road. You'll love it!

We're located just 1.9 km. from the University of Waterloo and the David Johnston Tech Park. The St. Jacob's Market is open Thurs. and Saturdays, year round. In the summer months, the market is open on Tuesdays as well. Both the Antique market and the St. Jacob's Outlet Mall is within walking distance of the St. Jacob's Market and Playhouse. Don't forget about the wonderful shops in the Village of St. Jacob's, just 3 km. down the road!
It's easiest to travel by car, but #9 bus which stops at our corner will get you to the University of Waterloo within 15 minutes. If you feel like some exercise, you can reach the University within a 20 min. walk.

Please remove shoes in the house.

Late Checkout Rules: House rules allow us to discuss a late check out, so please use the message box to ask us. You can have a 12:30 p.m. checkout, if we authorize it for $25.00 extra, (single room rental) instead of the regular 11:00 a.m. check out. Please inquire if you would like a late check-out and we'll see if we can work with you on that. Please do so in advance, because it gets more expensive, if you ask for a late check out the same day.
Otherwise late checkout after 11:00 am is a full day fee.
